Job Description

We are looking for candidates who would like to work as Consultant/ Contract Hire - 100 % Work From Home & Flexible Working Hours Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for the E-commerce Giant working for Smarter Biz.

Language - Proficiency in English & Hindi Mandatory.

The candidate will have to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries

·         Communicating with customers through various channels

·         Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

·         Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

·         Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

·         Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

·         Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

·         Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

·         Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 

Requirement-Mandatory

·         Candidate should have laptop + android mobile phone version 8.1 and above

·         High Speed - WiFi - Internet Connection

·          

Important Points

·         Earning Capacity - Starts from 15k to 20 k, depends upon the process guidelines. Will be explained in detail to the Level 2/3 selected candidates who will be attending the final round with the client

·         Virtual training - maximum 3 Weeks

·         Average 5 to 6 hours of process training-Virtual

·    

Required Candidate profile

·         General education degree or equivalent

·         Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage

·         Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

·         Comfortable using computers

·         Experience/ Fresher candidates can apply

·         Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ( English and Hindi )

·         Should have knowledge of computer skills

·         Login Hours - Minimum 6 hours to be logged in a day and maximum will be discussed in detail
