Job Summary
Looking for female candidates who have great communication as well as writing skills to be a part of the most disruptive and fastest growing Australian Company with world-class team, long-term vision.
You will be working at our Indian office (Hyderabad).
Qualifications and skills needed:
1. Ability to respond to Australian customer queries via inbound calls or emails within strict deadlines.
2. Fluency in English. (Both speaking and writing).
3. Ability to deliver within strict deadlines.
4. Ability to do research and analysis for special projects.
5. Resolve customer complaints & issues to ensure all customers get first class service.
Experience: International voice support or BPO experience is mandatory.
Education: Any degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
