Job Description
Designation: Customer Technical Support
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer technical queries
2. Talking to the customer through a series of actions to resolve the problem, replacing the necessary parts, analyzing the problem with the products
3. Handling the coordination with the brands for technical details
4. Supporting the walk-in customers with the product details
5. Working on market research about the technicalities of the competitors and own products
6. Troubleshooting technical issues
7. Installing and configuring hardware and software
8. Creating shipments of the repaired and replaced products
Note: If the organization finds the candidate an asset, they will have the opportunity to work with the organization on a permanent basis.
