Cybersmart Telecalling Corporate Social Responsibility
Job Description
1. Make introductory calls to schools about WCF (WNS Cares Foundation) and Cybersmart
2. Create a need and explain the importance of Cybersmart
3. Convince schools and important stakeholders to start Cybersmart
4. Plan dates with the principal to organize a CS training session
5. Conduct sessions with schools, teachers, and students
6. Follow-up with teacher group to identify the number of students being certified
7. Take updates about the students who missed out
8. Update the reporting lead about regular Cybersmart conversions
9. Handle weekly updates about the number of schools converted
10. Work on lead generation (talking to non-WCF schools and explaining about WNS, WCF, and CS)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Jul'21 and 18th Aug'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Effective communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Kanad, Tamil & Gujrati if possible)
2. Should be good with communication and interpersonal skills
3. Should be decent with Excel sheets
4. Should be from Band A
5. Should be able to establish positive communication (rapport and trust)
6. Should be able to follow up on a regular basis
7. Should have interest in CSR
8. Should have a flexible attitude to work with principals, teachers, students from varied backgrounds
