Job Description
Core Responsibilities
BCC Validation: Validate Business Cost Center (BCC) and General Ledger (GL) coding on invoices to ensure expenses are charged to the correct departments and internal orders. [1]
Indexing & Digitization: Accurately index and process invoices into ERP and document management systems like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa. [1]
Policy Compliance: Perform budgetary control checks against company procurement policies and identify discrepancies. [1]
Exception Handling: Research and resolve holds, missing information, or coding errors by coordinating with procurement teams and vendors. [1, 2]
Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, track KPIs, and resolve aged/unpaid documents. [1, 2, 3]
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or PTP operations.
System Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., advanced Excel).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent cross-functional communication
