Job Description

Job Role: Data Analyst

Responsible to work on RTS (Requirement Tracking System).
1.Responsible for preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required.
2.Collect sort and distribute mails
3.Maintain the Database of the profiles screened and submitted.
4.Co ordinate with Account Managers and with Team Members .
5.Having the resumes of my candidates updated as and when required based on the requirement.
6.Submitting the Profiles to the Concern Lead or Client Manager.
7.Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
8.Knowledge about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
9.Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc.leading to joining post placement.
10.Must have knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel).
11.Good in typing skill.
12.Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
13.Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
14.Publish progress report to management every week.
15.Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
