Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Acquire, update, maintain and process huge historical data using different platform of database like MySQL / SQL Server, MS Excel and through coding language like Python / R.
- Define new data collection and analysis processes
- Ability to analyse large data sets. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Come up with innovative ways to make our data-related processes more efficient, accurate and timely
- Conduct market sector or statistical analysis and will interpret key market data elements into useful business information
- Perform high level analysis and modeling. May develop quantitative/analytic models. Supports data needs as well as quality assurance of accurate data in outgoing projects
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and adhering to regular deadlines. Able to adjust priorities
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of technical Programming Language Like MySQL, SQL Server, Python, MATLAB, R
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Self-starter who requires little direction
- Professionalism regarding time management, costs and deadlines
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an aptitude for working quickly and accurately
- Efficient in Advance Excel: Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, formatting, Macros
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BE/ B.Tech (IT or Computer Science) or BSC(IT / Statistics)
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with some advanced technical knowledge and experience (MySQL, SQL Server, Python, MATLAB, R)
- Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience of data research is mandatory
Work Location : Lodha Supremus, Lower Parel (10 mins away from Lower Parel & Curry Road station, sharing cab available from Dadar station to our office)
Work Timings : 09:30 a.m-06:30 p.m(Mon-Fri) & 09:30 a.m - 01:30 p.m(alternate Sat) & alternate Saturdays are non-working.
