Data Analytics
The Factory Lead will perform an important role in the Automation CoE team, being responsible for leading a CoE Factory implementation, maintenance, adoption and maturity of the monitoring and automation tooling.

• Automation of provisioning platforms services utilizing Infrastructure-as-a-code methologies.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible.
• Develop algorithms like linear, Sankey and selfheal techniques to optimize environment.
• Experience in Python based algorithms
• Articulate in-country, regulatory and business requirements to IT process.
• Experience in Citrix/VDI infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting of VDI and Hypervisor (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Worked in system centre utilities, develop IT processes
• Management of standards and policies for environment
• Generate ‘ideation’ and develop ‘thinking culture’

• Keep abreast of new technologies and promote knowledge sharing within the team

• Respond to requests for diagnosis and resolution of issues identified by the Support team
• Encourage the infrastructure as code way of thinking

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

• Knowledge of Rich UI – HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Json, Jquery, Angular, JavaScript, NodeJS, GraphQL etc.
• Strong web services / API development experience using REST / SOAP
• Knowledge of vRA, vRO, vROPS, GIT
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts, DevOps and CI:CD
