Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of SLAs (Productivity and Time Targets) and meeting the quality goals
- Work closely with team members
- Escalations of the process improvement areas and gaps to the SME
- Timely submission of inputs for the Knowledge base to the SME
- Should communicate the message clearly and with confidence
- Self-Starter and a good initiator
- Collect Data from Business Directories, Networking Portals and Company Websites
- Data collection for contact, Data cleaning using excel, Contacts information enrichment.
- Volume based work to achieve daily data collection targets.
Skills Required:
- Relevant experience in Lead generation domain, Data collection, Contacts sourcing, Web survey, Online data verification (via website or telephonic) or any Back End data processing company.
