Job Description
Data Curation and Sourcing Analyst, where you’ll be responsible for managing all data-related aspects of our fast-growing B2B product database, playing a key role in getting us to over 20,000 products.
What you’ll do
- Execute and manage all data curation efforts at Siftery
- Find new and trending B2B products to expand our coverage
- Employ web scraping techniques to automate data sourcing where possible
- Manage the category taxonomy, expanding it where applicable
- Execute and manage QC processes to ensure data is clean and accurate
- Be an integral part of SEO team, creating and curating relevant content for our audience
- Manage a crowdsourced team to amplify our data sourcing and curation efforts
- Eventually, hire and build out the curation team in step with our growth
Who you are
- Proactive self-starter who hustles hard
- Well versed in Excel
- Eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communicator with the ability to explain concepts clearly both in writing and speech
- Plus if you have knowledge of SQL and Python scripting
- Plus if you have a strong interest in SaaS and B2B products
