As my prime responsibility being ERP, I involved with all the departments and functions of the university. This involves discussions with the end users to understand their requirement and process flow
Coordinating ERP Implementation and follow-ups with users and ERP vendor
Training programs are conducted to provide training to employees on using the ERP system
Handling of different modules i.e. hostel management, transport and so on
Generating MIS of the database calling and coordinating with conselors
Student enrollment and updating student records in ERP
Maintaining attendance details regarding students attendance like missed, special, extra etc
Lead the team of telecalling and enquiry management of the calling database received during admissions
Records & data management for statutory inspections and new proposals.
