Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- supervising office cleaning works
- supply the material to customers across Hyderabad
- collecting the cheques from the customers
- depositing cheques and cash in bank
- store keeping
- arrnging tea, cofee and snacks to the guests and employees
- checking the displays and projectors( new arrival stock for every month)
- scan documents into document management systems or databases
- check completed work for accuracy
- store completed documents in designated locations
- maintaing of records
- collecting the attendance from the employees
- intermediate or degree
