Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • supervising office cleaning works
  • supply the material to customers across Hyderabad
  • collecting the cheques from the customers
  • depositing cheques and cash in bank 
  • store keeping
  • arrnging tea, cofee and snacks to the guests and employees
  • checking the displays and projectors( new arrival stock for every month)
  • scan documents into document management systems or databases
  • check completed work for accuracy
  • store completed documents in designated locations
  • maintaing of records
  • collecting the attendance from the employees
