Job Description
We have urgent recruitment for MIS Executive.
- Experience required in MS-excel,Ms-word,MS-powerpoint
- 1-2 years experience in Performance \ MIS reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of Networking
- Proficient in computer operations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to priorities workload and work effectively
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams like Service Management, Assure, Billing etc.
- Excellent team player.
- Design and develop Service Performance Report in accordance with internal standard and customer needs.
- Collate and analyze required data from different sources.
- Produce service reports in a predefined format on a periodic basis, making sure that quality standards are consistent.
- Good communication skills preferred.
- Languages preferred Hindi,English,Tamil
- Willing to go Chennai & Karnataka.
