Job Description
Project Co-ordination (Back-Office).
- The qualification for the role is as follows:
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Ms-Office (Ms-Word,Ms-Excel, Ms-Powerpoint).
- Good English writing skill
- Team player with positive attitude
- Candidate with Designing background/DTP knowledge will be a plus.
- Keeping records on the on-going projects, time of delivery, allocate the resource(s).
- Follow up with in-house resources/ consultants to get an update on the projects.
- Updating the clients online regarding the project status.
- Applying to clients with various service offerings online.
- Building relationship with existing & new clients to generate referrals etc.
