Job Description:

• Candidates will be responsible for performing the product entry record and its validation on ecommerce portal, management of the order received from portal and payment verification in account with order received. 
  
• The candidate will be required to ensure the accuracy of data entries and perform clerical tasks as needed. 
  
• He/she will be exposed to new learning and growth opportunities. Fresher’s can also apply. 
  

• Good typing speed above 30 words per minute.
  
• Attention to detail. Passionate & quick learner.
  
• Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
  
• Experience with website or data maintenance is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  
• Must be graduate with B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/BE.
  
• Candidates from nearby locations would be preferred.
  

• Enter and update the inventory data and pricing of all online products on a daily basis.
  
• Work on other processes depending on business needs.
  
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare product entry data.
  
• Reviewing data for deficiency or error, correcting any incompatibilities or and checking the output.
  
• Maintaining accuracy in data records.
  
• Responsible for preparation of payment verification in account with the order received.
  
• Update existing products as per new portal guidelines and requirements
  
• Assist customer care team with online customer queries and complaints.
  
• Track customer queries and ensures quick resolutions to customers.
