– Work to achieve the KPIs set by the Sales Director
– Sell Exito’s products to senior level decision makers across key industries
– Record and maintain accurate client history.

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

·         Fluency in English is essential

·         Business acumen and drive to succeed

·         Basic IT literacy in MS Excel, Word, email and internet

·         Professional telephone manner and high communication skills

·         Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

·         Good attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Ability to work well under pressure, meet targets and use initiative.

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS

·         English (Advanced) both written and spoken

·         Understanding of Sales Process

As a Sponsorship Manager / Executive you will:

·         Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of industries and events, plus;

·         Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market

·         Meet Sponsorship Targets for individual events

·         Have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

·         Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities

·         Produce sales reports for weekly meetings

·         Travel / on-site management.
