All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) invites application for the position Data Entry Operator
Number of post: One (UR)
Qualification Essential: Bachelor degree from recognized institute university: Should have a good knowledge of computer for data entry Desirable: Previous experience of working in medical research project related to electrophysiological recording such as EEG, Autonomic testing
Job profile:
a. Entering data into database, manage and maintain effective record keeping data
b. He / she will be responsible for providing support to project office operations performing a variety of standard administrative duties including typing of official documents ensuring high quality and accuracy of work
c. Provide admin support to conferences, workshops and project related field visits
d. Keeping track of projects with updated reports
e. Assist in compilation and preparation of background information and documentation for meetings
f. Responsible for organizing files, collecting and managing data to be entered into the computer
Skills:
a. Good communication skills
b. Good understanding of needs for project and job responsibilities.
c. Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
Job duration: One year
Place of work: Department of Physiology, AIIMS Jodhpur
Monthly consolidated emoluments: ₹17,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Age Limit: 18- 30 years (maximum)
