Job Description
Requirements:
- Excellent written/ verbal communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Excellent computer skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
- Attention to detail required Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Correct, verify data and combine data from several different sources prior to entering into a system
- Ability to tackle and work with multiple systems and reports Investigate reports and sheets of data
- Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
- Computer Skills: Data entry specialists work with computers. Understanding how to use a keyboard, typing, as well as computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents is helpful.
- Good Vision: Being able to see well and read information that might not be well written is key.
- Time Management: Speed is of the essence for data entry specialists. Being able to manage how much time is spent on a project is important.
- Education: Any graduate with Data entry experience or Fresh Engineering graduates are also preferred.
