National AIDS Research Institute (NARI) invites application for the position Data Manager
No of Post: 01
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- per month
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Science / BCS (Bachelors in Computer Science) from a recognized university with three years' work experience from a recognized institution OR Master's degree in the relevant subject
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of computer application with experience in statistical packages like SPSS Experience of having worked in HIV/ AIDS program is desirable Minimum four years' experience in data handling/ Data Quality Management of research studies like surveys and trials. Proficiency in English
Job Responsibility Oversight of all data management activities of HSS project Supervise work of data entry operator and double data entry procedure.
i. Data quality assurance:
a. Review of data form
b. Perform data matching and data validation procedures.
c. Programming and coding for quality assurance.
ii. Troubleshoot issues related to data collection and data entry procedures.
iii. Perform data analysis using relevant tools and techniques Assist Nodal Officer/Project Coordinator in preparation and generation of reports Any other duties that may be assigned by the nodal officers from time to time
