Performance Objectives

Work with all aspects of the data team to define and track requirements for any given data integration project
Predict, track, and help manage project resources in an effective and efficient manner based on priorities driven by management
Assist in reporting tasks completed, those at risk of hitting deadlines, and those most important upcoming in the queue
Report project blockers to help keep the integration process moving
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to US team to help make adjustments when needed, and report back overall progress of the team’s workload
Assist in setting due dates for team members based on priority, level of difficultly, and overall workload
Be able to communicate details with all members of the data team including C# developers, SQL developers, metadata and data validation, and data operations team members
Assist in identifying areas for improvement

Competitive Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in project management
Experience with project management software tools (JIRA and Confluence is a plus)
Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines within planned timeline
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail
