Job Description

Job Profile: - MLM/Network Marketing Leaders (Male/Female).

Roles & Responsibility: - Generating leads for new channel store & users development through via call, internet marketing & local marketing, promptly respond to general queries via meetings, e-mail, message & calls. To select right service suitable to each customer’s individual need. Training & maintaining a team of new independent users. Generate new users by implementing effective network marketing strategy. Required Designations

Ø Zonal Head Leader (ZHL) -- 12.

Ø State Head Leader (SHL) -- At state level.

Ø District Head Leader (DHL) -- At district level.

Ø Block Head Leader (BHL) – At block level.

Ø Territory/Ward/Panchayat Head Leader (THL) – At Territory level.

Eligibility

Ø Required minimum 2 years experience of direct selling industry.

Ø Facebook Whatsapp experience of minimum 1 year.

Your Income/Salary

We are basically looking for networkers, who will add persons in their down line do the sales. They are off roll employees who are paid on commission basis that is calculated according to their monthly sales commission point (C.P.) generation.

But for all the given above designations, the company has arranged separately a better and good pay out every month. This payout will be given to you according to the performance of your given work load. This work load company will given to you every month according to your position/designation.  You will remain in any position/designation till you continue to perform according to the company or else you will be removed from the given position/designation.
