We're looking for a highly strategic, very detail-oriented data analyst/scientist to work across different departments, both on the business side as well as product side as needed. This person will be equal parts proficient data scientist and analyst.
They will need to be an articulate communicator & visualizer, as well as a conceptual thinker. They will need to very familiar with our overall data platform, help augment it and maintain its integrity as we add more data sources over time.
They will need to be comfortable working with business teams, such as sales and marketing, finance and customer service. But at the same time, work closely with the core product team. The role is in our Mumbai, India office.

Technical Skills
Experience with databases; for both querying and scripting. PostgreSQL/Amazon Redshift/Oracle SQL is a must, Python will be a nice to have.
Ability to utilize data from Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebook, Amazon, email marketing (Hubspot), other social media and other online marketing data sources to gather data and analyze marketing campaign performance. Experience with Clevertap is a strong plus.
Experience in data mining, statistics, and predictive modeling methodologies, ideally with experience in applying them in online digital marketing.
Comfort with A/B testing and experiment design
Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau
Be an Excel expert (Modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Experience measuring offline campaigns and brand performance a strong plus.
