Data Support Analyst
About You
Cyence is looking for a motivated customersupport analyst to help support our data science team and ourgrowing business of financial services customers. You are aself-starter interested in growing your career and learningvaluable technical skills in a fast-paced startupenvironment.
Roles & Responsibility
Support ongoing customer requests to use ourapplication, do business research, triage internal data, and puttogether customer portfolios.
Work with engineering teams to ensure timelycompletion of customer deliverables and manage expectations withcustomers.
Do deep dive analysis of data and ensure dataquality.
Continuously working on automating theprocess.
Help triage a variety of customer-relatedissues and coordinate with the right R&D teams to respond /resolve.
Work in a quick environment in whichorganization and accuracy are key.
Required
A degree in a technical or business-relatedfield; background in statistics, math, engineering or computerscience preferred
Extensive experience and demonstratedproficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to research and analyze webcontent
Ability to validate data at scale with bothefficiency and attention to detail
Ability to understand and visualize datarelationships
Good communication & interpersonalskills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startupenvironment working with cross-functional and cross-geographicalteams
Willingness and curiosity to learn newtechnologies and adapt to changing requirements
Preferred
Experience with SQL and/or strong interest inlearning SQL
Experience with businessintelligence/reporting tools such as Tableau
Experience with python/R
