Qualifications:- A. (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/ industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. (iii)Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process. (iv)A minimum score of 400 points in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), as set out in UGC Regulations (4 thAmendment) 2016 vide UGC letter No.F.1-2/2016 dated 11 July, 2016

Fixed Pay : Rs. 37400-67000

Officer On Special Duty

Qualifications : (i) Serving/Retired approved Principals of the affiliated colleges of Punjab State Universities /Serving/Retired Professor of Universities.

Fixed Pay : Rs. 50,000/

Consultant

Qualifications:- (i) LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized University/Institution. (ii) Minimum ten years experience of working as District Attorney/Assistant District Attorney,retired or serving.

Fixed Pay: Rs. 40,000

Security Officer

Qualifications: i). Retired Army Officer with minimum rank of Major, Preferably from the Infantry and having experience of security and intelligence or retired Police Officer of the rank of DSP or above. ii). Punjabi up to Matric standard is essential.

Fixed Pay : 10300-34800

Fee : Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/-(Rs.500/-for Handicapped Persons& SC/ST category Candidates)in favour of the 'Registrar, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar
