Administrative Officer

Qualification : Degree in Law with minimum first class. Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi. Excellent knowledge and understanding of all laws related to Educational field.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience as a legal counsel. Able to give excellent back office support to ongoing legal matters of the organization. Able to draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents as per requirement. To attend the Court of law if required. Experience in Educational field will be preferable.

Jr. Administrative Officer

Qualification : Graduate with minimum first class.

Experience : Experience of 2 years of working in educational field. Good command over English and Marathi Drafting. Maintenance of service records, leave records and other record for other service related issues  Performance management and employees welfare Executing prevailing policies, procedures, rules, regulations  Updating relevant HR policies to meet the organizations needs as per the need  Maintaining current organizational chart and current staff list Any other administrative and disciplinary issue of the employees - General Administration

Academic/Exam Coordinator

Qualification : Post graduation with excellent communication skills in English.

Experience : Minimum 3 years administrative experience in an educational institute in the following areas: Coordinating with visiting/ fulltime faculty for scheduling of classes and preparing the timetable. Liasoning with faculty for arranging study material / notes / class tests etc. Assistance in Exam process for conducting exams. Preparing mark sheets etc. Coordinating for the Admission process- External communication, admission enquiries, coordinating for the selection process, document verification etc. Assistance in organizing and arranging Institutional events such as alumni meet, guest lectures etc. Providing assistance in industry institute interface activities such as summer internships, concurrent projects etc. Documentation of policies, procedures and academic processes.

Assistant Librarian

Qualification : M.Lib NET/SET desired.

Experience : Minimum 2 yrs in College library or equivalent
