RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALIST CADRE OFFICERS IN SBI ON REGULAR & CONTRACT BASIS
Defence Banking
Advisor (Navy & Air Force)
No. of Posts : 2
Eligibility: i) Retired in the rank of Air Vice Marshal or above (For DBA – Air Force) as on 31.01.2020 OR ii) Retired in the rank of Rear Admiral or above (For DBA – Navy) as on 31.01.2020
Scale of Pay : CTC of Rs.32.00 lakhs per annum. Basic pay will be Rs.1,00,000/- per month and remaining portion of CTC will be paid as HRA, conveyance allowance and others. The CTC payable per annum is subject to deduction of pension amount of Rs.4.22 lac per annum. (Leave - 30 days per year)
Circle Defence
Banking Advisor

Eligibility: Retired in the rank of Major General or Brigadier as on 31.01.2020
Scale of Pay : CTC of Rs.21.00 lakhs per annum. Basic pay will be Rs.80,000/- per month and remaining portion of CTC will be paid as HRA, conveyance allowance and others. The CTC payable per annum is subject to deduction of pension amount of Rs.4.22 lac per annum. (Leave - 30 days per year)

Application Fees : Application fees & Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is Rs.750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates. There is no fees for SC/ ST/ PWD/XS candidates and for Post Sr No.1 & 2.
Selection Process : The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
