Junior Translator / Legal Assistant Jobs recruitment in Delhi Development Authority on contractual basis

Qualification : (i) Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 03 years’ experience at Bar.

11 Junior Translator (Official Language) (Erstwhile Junior Hindi Translator)
Qualification : I)Master’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree Level; or Master’s Degree from recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level; and (xi) ii) Recognized Diploma/Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/State Government offices / Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies.

Application Fee : Application Fee will be Rs. 500/- for all categories of posts. Transaction charges of the bank, as applicable shall be borne by the candidate. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with Disabilities are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government orders. No fee exemption is, however, available to OBC candidates and they are required to pay the prescribed fee in full.
Selection Procedure :
Legal Assistant : Single stage online examination followed by interview of shortlisted candidates
Junior Hindi Translator : 2 stage examination (Stage I online and Stage II conventional type i.e. pen & paper method) Examination Centers : The online examination as well as Computer Proficiency Test or Skill Test (as applicable), will be held at the centers located in Delhi/NCR only.
