FROM COMPANY SIDE SUPPORT:

Company will be responsible to advertisement of given products.
Company is responsible for the stock dispatch at distributors door step.
Order generation will be done by company.
Company has its unique Software through which orders will be forwarded to Dealers.
Entire stock responsibility for disposed will be taken care by Company.
That the First part shall supply the goods to the second part on
Advance payments basis and the no goods shall be sent on credit.
