Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The employee will maintain food service facilities
- and equipment in a neat, clean, safe and sanitary condition; will
- deliver food and supplies to the various offices and door to door; and to do other related work as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any High school graduate or equivalent 10th or 12th Pass
- Valid Indian Driver’s License
- Skill in working with people with good looking and pleasing personality
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi with kind behaviour
DUTIES:
- Pick up food and food items from ware houses to be delivered to customers within the Hinjewadi town.
- Observe safety while operating the vehicle.
- Take feedback from the customers after their delivery.
- Collect money from the customers and deposit in the offices with proper backup.
- Help with other duties such as packing the foods in ware houses, stacking in the vehicle, etc.
- Employee must have the ability to work independently and communicate well with others.
- It is imperative that the person employed in this position display, at all times, acceptable professional and ethical standards. These expectations include: confidentiality, courtesy, cooperation, positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency, timeliness in respect to deadlines, and respectfulness toward others. The employee shall represent the district in a positive way, both on duty and in connection with school activities, even though the employee may not be officially on duty.
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
- The employee is held accountable for all duties of the job.

- Salary – Rs7000 +
- Fuel Charges – Rs3000 +
- Health Insurance – Rs200000Lac +
- Performance Bonus +
- Life Insurance- Jeevan Nidhi (Sum assured of Rs1000000) after probation
- Employee working bond applicable of 2 years for availing Points 3-5
EVALUATION: Performance of this job is to be evaluated by the Operation Manager in accordance with policies of the company and delivery target with customer ratings and feedback backup.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The physical requirements indicated below are examples of the physical aspects that this position classification must perform in carrying out essential job functions.
- Persons performing service in this position classification will exert 5 to 20 kg of overall weight of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Weight exertion over 20 kg will require assistance. The above weight will be divided among the packed boxes of 500g (max).
- This type of work involves walking or standing for extended periods.
- Perceiving the nature of sound, near and far vision, depth perception, providing oral information, the manual dexterity to operate food service related equipment, and handle and work with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
NOTICE REGARDING WORKER COMPENSATION INJURIES:
- In the event of a life or limb-threatening emergency, the injured employee will be sent to the nearest emergency facility.
- Follow-up care and Hospitalization charges will be covered in the Health insurance scheme of the individual employee up to the scheme limit.
