Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Livelihoods) / Project Executive /Project Manager 

The vacancy positions for various posts in Odisha Livelihoods Mission at SMMU

Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Livelihoods)

Minimum Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in Rural development/Rural Management/Agriculture/Agribu siness/Forestry/Sustainability/ Social work/ Management/Business Administration in above discipline from nationally/internationally reputed university/institute with at least 60% minimum marks or equivalent grade throughout career. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience of developing at least two pro-poor sub sectoral value chain involving 2000-10000 producers and promoting enterprise. Forward and backward linkages in Livelihood project funded by government/external renowned agencies/organized of multinational institutions. Knowledge of working with MS office environment is essential. Working knowledge in Odia Language is desirable.

Project Manager 

Charted Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ MBA with specialization in Finance/ Financial Management/ Financial Accounting from national/state reputed university/institute with at least 60% minimum marks or equivalent grade throughout career. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in working in the whole gamut of the finance function with specific emphasis on financial budgeting and fund disbursement. Knowledge of working with MS office environment is essential. Working knowledge in Odia Language is desirable.

Project Executive 


Minimum Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural development/Rural Management/ Agriculture/Agribu siness/Forestry/Sustainability/ Social Work/ Management in above discipline from national/state reputed university/ institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade throughout career. 

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification extensive hands-on experience in community mobilization and institution building in Livelihood project in reputed institution/university/government program in development project/sector or NGO registered under FCRA Act. Knowledge of working with MS office environment is essential. Working knowledge in Odia Language is desirable. 

AGE : A candidate must not be above 37 (Thirty Seven) years of age as on the date of issue of this advertisement.

PLACE OF EXAMINATION : All the examination process, for selection of the posts mentions above will be held in Bhubaneswar and city limits only.
