Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR ii. Officers at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government or equivalent with at least 5 years’ regular service in Level-12 (₹78800-209200) (Pre-revised: PB-3 ₹15600-39100 + Grade Pay ₹7600).
