Job Description
1. Name of Post: - DEPUTY FINANCE CONTROLLER
Nature of Employment: - Contract basis for a period of One Year.
No. of Vacancies: One
Age: 27- 50 as on 01 Jan 2020.
Salary: Rs. 25000 per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: ICWA/CA final OR MBA in Financial Management OR M. Com from a recognized University. Computer Knowledge with TALLEY is essential. Experience: - 5 Years’ experience in any manufacturing Unit
2. Name of Post: PERSONNEL OFFICER Nature of Employment: - Contract basis for a period of One Year. No. of Vacancies: - One
Age: 25- 50 as on 01 Jan 2020.
Salary: Rs. 22500 per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: MSW/PG in Personnel Management OR Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognized University. Computer knowledge is essential. Experience: Five Years’ experience as Personnel Manager preferably in a Textile sector.
3. Name of Post: - QUALITY CONTROL IN CHARGE Nature of Employment: - Contract basis for a period of One Year. No. of Vacancies: - One
Age: - 25- 45 as on 01 Jan 2020.
Salary: - Rs. 22500 per month (Consolidated) Educational Qualification: - Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology from a recognized University or Technical Education Department of Govt. of Kerala. Computer knowledge is essential.
Experience: Having minimum 8 Years’ experience for Degree holders and 12 years’ for Diploma holders in which three years as Quality control In charge/ Maintenance In charge in a Spinning Mills.
4. Name of Post: -STENO/TYPIST Nature of Employment: - Contract basis for a period of One Year. No. of Vacancies: - One
Age: 22-36 as on 01 Jan 2020.
Salary: Rs. 15000 per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: Plus Two with K.G.T.E in Malayalam and English Type Writing from a recognized Institution OR Diploma in Commercial Practice from the Technical Education Department, Govt. of Kerala or recognized University. Candidate should know to type English and Malayalam at a minimum speed of 30 words/ minute. Experience: - At least Two years in any industry/ institution.
5. Name of Post: MACHINE OPERATOR TRAINEES Nature of Employment: - TRAINING FOR ONE YEAR. No. of Vacancies: - 63
Age: 18- 36 as on 01 Jan 2020. Age relaxation will be allowed for eligible candidates.
Salary: Rs. 200/ Day for First four months, Rs. 225/Day for Second four months and Rs.250 per day for last four months.
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR I.T.I/I.T.C holder in any Trade OR Certificate holders in Textile Technology.
6. Name of Post: SHIFT SUPERVISORS Nature of Employment: - Contract basis for a period of One Year.

Age: - 25- 55 as on 01 Jan 2020.
Salary: Rs. 15000 per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology from Technical Education Department or a recognized University.
Experience: Having minimum 3 Years’ experience for Degree holders and 5 years for Diploma holders as Shift Supervisor in a Spinning Mills.
7. DRIVER CUM OFFICE ATTENDER
Nature of Employment: - Permanent with one-year probation.
No. of Vacancies: One
Age: 18-36 as on 01 Jan 2020. Age relaxation will be allowed for eligible candidates.
Salary: As per scale of pay -1820-660-2000-75-2375-90-2825-110-3375-130-4025-150- 4775-170-5625. Eligible for VDA, HRA, LTC, Leave as per the Mill rule.
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass. Candidate should have a valid LMV License. Experience: One-year driving experience.
