KIOCL has recently obtained Govt. approval for Mining at Devdhari in Bellary District, Karnataka. KIOCL now invites applications for following posts:

KIOCL has recently obtained Govt. approval for Mining at Devdhari in Bellary District, Karnataka. KIOCL now invites applications for following posts:
1. Post: Deputy General Manager(Electrical) [06]
2. No. Of Post- 1, Unreserved
3. Scale of Pay: Rs.120000-3%-280000/- [E7]
4. Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University with good academic records Candidates obtained Engineering or equivalent degree through Distance or part time education programme or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not apply.
5. Experience:
a. Should have at least 21 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 10 years preferably in managing 110 KV Sub-Stations, Motor Control Centre, 6.6 KV and 440 V switchgear panels / sub stations and related equipments. LT/HT motors, breakers, power distribution system, switch yard maintenance, transformers & other Electrical Equipments.
b. Knowledge on safety guidelines, procedures, Preventive and Predictive maintenance of electrical equipments, evaluate the breakdown of equipment by failure analysis and implement the proper corrective and preventive measures. Sound knowledge of compliance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) comprising QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, various legal, statutory norms and environment control system pertaining to the maintenance function, experience in operational aspects for potential energy saving etc. Well versed with the CEA regulations and the various statutory requirements for the smooth operation of the industrial unit / plant.
c. Should be adept at working in Computer. Exposure of working in ERP packages like SAP, Oracle etc. would be an added advantage. Candidate should also possess strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent oral as well as written communication skills. Should be selfdriven and effective team player.
