Education Qualification: B. Arch or equivalent from Institution of repute. Preference will be given to candidates with post graduate qualification
Minimum overall experience required: The candidate should have minimum post qualification working experience of 8 years’ in planning large infrastructure projects. Applicant should have 3 years’ relevant experience in Structural Planning in Metro Rail /Railway PSUs in Architectural Design and Drafting including finishes.
Desirable experience: He should have worked as Asst. Manager or equivalent for minimum of 3 years. Candidates should have experience and knowledge of coordinating with different system disciplines associated with Elevated & UG stations and Depots.
Required Software Skills: Auto CAD, 3D Max, REVIT or any other BIM modeling software
Period Of Contract Appointment:
i. The tenure of contract appointment will be 3 years.
ii. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months notice or by paying the contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.
Consolidated remuneration ( excluding Allowances): 65,000/-
