outside sources

Production and distribution of Magazine

Determining and expanding the marketability of
publications.

Prepare and monitor annual budget for magazine

Generating revenue for magazine by getting new ads
and retaining the existing ones
Ø
Monitoring relevant media coverage, assembling press
kits
Ø
Coordinate information collating from various
internal & external stakeholders
Ø
Handle correspondence related to the Magazine
Ø
Build new and stronger relationships with local
media to include: magazines, newspaper and trade publications
Ø
Maintaining monthly time lines for production of
magazine
Ø
Coordinating and managing magazine content writers,
printers, designers and other vendors associated with the magazine
Ø
Thought ideation for magazine content and monthly
issues
Ø
Choosing the right set of stakeholders for taking
articles in magazine
Ø Manage collections and accounts receivables related to Magazine
