JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage sales operation in your assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
To assist with the planning, coordination, development and administration or programs and projects.
Plan and execute projects within time,budget and quality specifications.
Managing and mentoring a team of of sales, business analyst and support team.
Providing guidance and counselling support to make them effective in their current roles.
Interview and recruit suitable team members.
Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
To maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
