Job Description
Deputy Manager (Purchase) Reserved for OBC-NCL candidates recruitment in National Dairy Development Board
Key roles and Responsibility: Scrutinizing indents/ Preparation of Requests for Quotations/ Bidding document. Responding to bidders queries, issuing corrigendum / amendments to Bidding documents Opening & evaluation of bids. Preparing purchase proposals for approval of the Competent Authority. Preparation of Purchase order. Uploading of tenders in NDDB website/ MSTC portal.
Qualification & Experience : B.E/ B. Tech from a reputed institute with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in handling procurement of goods/ services in public/ private sector
Candidates with a Diploma in Materials Management will be preferred.
Location: Anand
Technical Skills / Attributes: Knowledge of different duties/ taxes etc. applicable for procurements
Familiarity with CVC guidelines and purchase procedure following the Government of India or World Bank guidelines.
Managerial Skills / Attributes: Good communication, negotiation and team building skills.
Age limit: 28 years (As 01 January 2019)
