Deputy Registrar (Examination)

Qualification :  1. A master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. 2. Nine years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6,000/- and above with experience in educational administration OR Comparable experience in research establishment and / other institutions of higher education. OR Five years’ of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Desirable :  1. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience to handle the Examination Department.

Assistant Registrar (Examination)

Qualification : 1. A master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. 2. At least three years of experience in an office in Academics / Examinations / Human Resources Management in any Central or State Universities, or Research Institutions, or Central or State Government, or Autonomous Bodies under the Central or State Government.

Desirable :  1. Preference will be given to the candidate having Good knowledge of Information & Communications Technology and having experience to handle the University / College Examination Department.

Assistant Registrar (Administration)

Qualification :  1. A master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. 2. At least three years of relevant administrative experience in an office in Academics / Examinations / Finance & Accounts/Procurement / Human Resources Management in any Central or State Universities, or Research Institutions, or Central or State Government, or Autonomous Bodies under the Central or State Government.

Desirable :  1. Preference will be given to the candidate having Good knowledge of Information & Communications Technology and having experience to handle the University / College Administration.

Assistant Engineer

Qualification : 1. A Bachler’s Degree of Engineering in Civil with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. 2. At least three years of relevant experience in an office in Civil Department / Construction / Maintenance etc. in any Central or State Universities, or Research Institutions, or Central or State Government, or Autonomous Bodies under the Central or State Government.

Desirable :  1. Preference will be given to the candidate having Good knowledge of Information Technology related with engineering and having experience to handle the Civil, Repair and Maintenance.

Salary :  Deputy Registrar shall be paid a consolidated sum of Rs.75,000 per month and Assistant Registrars and Assistant Engineer shall be paid a consolidated sum of Rs.51,000 per month.
