Job Description

We are looking for Production Artists (Graphic Designers) for our Ahmedabad office.
Production Support is the organization within Vistaprint providing design review and HIT (Human Intelligence Tasks) services that support Vistaprint's manufacturing facilities located throughout the world located in Europe, North America, Australia and India.
What are we looking for-

At least 18 years of age
Fluent English along with excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge on Adobe Photoshop/ Corel Draw is desirable(not necessary)
Willing to work in different shift timings

Your role will involve:

Receive the full training course in graphic designing
Processing designs from customers based on the process requirements.
Achieve the targets set by the team lead/team manager.
Executes the processes as documented and made available.
Proactively raise issues regarding systems, tools, performance, and processes.
Applies customer satisfaction oriented approach in his/her daily tasks.
Addresses the issues faced in the manufacturing facilities and provide necessary feedback to the team lead.
