Job Description
A Young skin care brand with innovative products recently launched in India, looking for Senior Graphic Designer, based in Mumbai.
Perform a wide variety of skilled graphic design functions to effectively communicate the brand. Develop marketing materials for print and web including- (web design, graphics design, and publication support). Design, produce, and publish communications and marketing materials including- (reports, newsletters, brochures, posters, online banner ads, and videos).
Understand, develop and work within brand guidelines. Oversee all aspects of production and fulfillment of marketing materials. Study competitors materials in an effort to understand their marketing strategies and makes suggestions on how to improve our creative and messaging approach. Desired Skills:

- At least 2+ years experience in graphic design.
- Expert in design softwares like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator etc.
- Strong design and visualization skills. Strong portfolio with a variety of design work.
- High-level concept-to-design skills.
- Intimate knowledge of design principles, composition, colour theory, and brand guidelines. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work on projects with very aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication skills are required.
- Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions. Should have an attitude to indulge in an extensive process of design iterations to deliver product innovations
- Brand identity design - concept creation, branding elements and identity systems
- Print design - press ads, brochures, outdoor marketing design
- Designing for Social Media, blog and any other channels. Edit & re-touch photographs for use in creatives.
- Design internal physical and digital marketing collaterals such as presentations, posters, etc.
- Visualize and create powerful marketing content for landing pages, blogs, social media, email, print etc.
- Create visual style guides, color palettes etc for branding.
