Job Description
- Generate
and develop overall design concepts; formulates design presentation strategies
and makes presentations
- Take the
“brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and
design proposals
- Develop
ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Create Conceptual design.
- Present the design to the Team and on approval of the same present it to the Client.
- On approval
create the approval drawings as per the statutory norms.
- Coordinate
with all the consultants for finalising the other services and structural
designs.
- Ensure that
all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and
regulations
- Lead in the
preparation of very high quality construction documents for high end design
- Cooperate
and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow
architectural trends and advancements
- Capable of
assuming the technical leadership, working with multiple project teams and buildings
- Conceptualising
and presentation will be the key quality requirement.
- Performing
other duties assigned to accommodate job changes and special project
- B.Arch or
M.Arch from an institution of repute.
- Software
knowledge requirement. AutoCAD with REVIT will be given preference.
- Strong
imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual
awareness and an eye for detail
- Strong
entrepreneurial thinking and work as well as strong customer orientation.
- Resilience
and flexibility, willingness to take part in the project on a long-term basis.
- Good
knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Communication
and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
