Responsible for the concept design & 3D modelling
Perform the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
Drawing preparation, prototype development, and assembly and testing of various assemblies.
Ensure new/modified design meets the standard requirement and local code requirement
Developing Component qualification plan
To carry out testing, analyses results
Prepare test documents and presentation materials
Ensure to meet the quality of design as per design requirement
Understanding and performing failure and risk analysis using tools FMEA, RAMP, RRCA
Implementing Root Cause Analysis to analyses test result of system, mechanical components and FTBs
