DESIGN ENGINEER

• The design engineer will be responsible for mechanical design, development and analysis of large power transformers and shunt reactors of global sites within Siemens power transformer network.
• Experience of preparation of customer documentation like General arrangement, foundation, valve plate etc.
• Use 2D and 3D software to model designs and individual parts to support the generation of engineering drawings and bills of material.
• Collaborate on R&D projects for further product improvements Effectively communicate among engineering departments of multiple global sites.
• SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS(ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL)

• To Look After Maintenance Activity Of Electrical As Well As Mechanical.
• Should have handled a HMC, VTL, VMC and CNC machine shop independently.
• Responsible for preventive, predictive maintenance.
• Handling breakdown.Foundry shop, core shop, Heat treatment, shot blasting, compressor, utility area over all unit maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC machineries automation system.
• Knowledge hydraulic , pneumatic control system&pressing machines troubleshooting /testing /maintenance is desirable.
• should be able to handle the mechanical maintenance of the factory along with the maintenance team .

QUALITY ENGINEER:

• Ensure Incoming, inprocess and Final inspection.
• Ensuring the quality conformance as per customer requirements.
• Ensure process compliance for all production and quality activities.
• Handle and maintain relevant process and quality related documentation.
• Carry out continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in coordination with Management Coordinate for making jigs and fixtures for ensuring process and quality conformance.
• Measuring instruments calibration and maintenance.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.

QUALIFICATION: DIP/BE(MECH/EEE/ECE/PRODUCTION)

EXPERIENCE : 0-7 YEARS

SALARY : NEGOTIABLE.
