Job Role

Lead Engineering Design Gates according building block and Product Level.
Support/coach the Engineering community to understand the criteria for Design Gates to ensure a proper gate preparation.
Provide trainings about Engineering Design Gates and Engineering Quality Toolbox (e.g. CIA, FMEA).
Support the preventive quality activities in Engineering (e.g. CIA and FMEA) as well as the detection of quality issues and performance of root-cause analysis (e.g. 8D)
Knowledge about requirements management and configuration management
Ability to apply quality methods like FMEA (Systems, Design, Process) and Problem Solving Workshops (PPS, 8D)
Ability to assess processes maturity
Knowledge on Standards (IRIS, ISO 9001, CENELEC, âŚ)
9. Engineering value chain experience

Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:

B.E/ B.Tech with Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 5 to 9 years of experience in Quality
Knowledge of BT Engineering process landscape, core PM processes and Gates reviews
Knowledge about requirements management and configuration management
