Job Description
- Good understanding of designs, layout
- Good interpersonal skills
- The individual is responsible for working on various projects at a time under high pressure
- Conceptualize and ideate the design and production
- Able to present ideas with conviction and possess good communication and presentation skills
- Formulates art concepts and supervises Designers engaged in executing layout designs
- Meets company’s work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts and illustrations; responding to client commentary and requests
- Team spirit and capability to get work done within timeline from the team
- Plan concept presentations and work with team to develop proposals that meet the project objectives of the clients
- Strong persuasive skills
- Exhibits strong creative team management skills
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Defends good ideas; knows how and when to effectively push back internally for their own work and on behalf of the entire team
- Proficiency in various multimedia softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw.
- Autocad is an added advantage.
