Leading Knitted Garments Company @ Tirupur wanted Fabric Designer.
- Male or Female
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Designing or Any Degree
- Experience: Min 2 to 5+ years in any textile / garments industry as Fabric Designer
- Must have knowledge & experience in fabric or costume designing
- Must have experience in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, Design CAD
- Should use computer-aided design (CAD) software
JD:
- should create designs for knitted & printed garments
- should be artistic, creative and able to draw have an eye for colour, texture, pattern
- Understand the properties of different materials, dyes and the production processes of textiles
- Once the fabric designers have selected the type of textile, they then produce design ideas, sketches and samples for presentation to customer
