- Installing operating system
- Troubleshooting day to day problems of Users related to OS (Win Xp Professional), Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel).
- Maintenance of PC's up gradation and installation etc.
- Creation & Management of various User Accounts and Groups.
- Should have experience in laptop troubleshooting
Mandatory skills required:
- Should have good verbal & written communication skill.
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 rotational shift.
