Desktop Engineer –L0 / L1
- Desktop Engineer shall be responsible for day to day desktop management tasks.
- Graduate or 3 year Diploma in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in similar role.
- Knowledge on troubleshooting of MS Outlook, Windows OS (Win 7, Win8).
- Knows Antivirus management at desk-side.
- Good communications skills
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware
