Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer
- Should have working knowledge on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Outlook.
- Should have working knowledge on first level hardware troubleshooting.
- Should have working knowledge on first level LAN troubleshooting
- Able to provide support to end user on their day to day operations issues.
- Should have basic working knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Operating system installation, troubleshooting.
- Good communication skill
