Job Description
Installing of Operations Windows xp, 7, 8, 10, Vista.
• Installing of applications like MS Office 2003,2007,2010,2013 and Adobe Products.
• Installing of leading corporate Antivirus like Symantec.
• Installing & configuring IP to Desktop, Laptops.
• Installing & Configuring Mails Clients such as POP3, IMAP.
• Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Outlook of the following Versions such as
• Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016.
• Installing & configuring local Printers & Network Printers.
• Handling of all Brand Hardware & Software related Issues of Desktops and laptops.
• Dreamweaver, Milestone Client Protect, iVMS.
• Troubleshooting of Laptops both Software & Hardware in Basic Level.
• Troubleshooting of Rack Servers like HP, DELL in hardware level in Basic L1.
• Changing ports for LAN in Switch.
• Camera Configuration and IP Assign to it.
• I/O port mapping.
• Remotely solve problems of desktop and Laptops.
